7 Skin Health Tips Everyone Should Know

  2. Eat almonds
    The fatty acids in this “super food” help decrease inflammation, which, in turn, can stave off wrinkles, sagging skin, and discoloration. Fatty acids can also be found in fish, like salmon and tuna.
  3. Avoid high-impact activities
